Placing your order on-line is simple and convenient.

Payment Options for online orders

We accept payment by Visa® and Mastercard® credit cards ONLY through our secured payment gateway.

Telephone/Fax/Email orders

Our online order system is secured. However, if you prefer not to buy over the internet, you may call + 65 6316 3068 or fax your order to +65 6316 3069. You may also email your order to custcare@winesonline.com.sg.

Payment by Cheque or Cash (for Singapore originating telephone/fax/email orders only)

Alternatively, if you are located in Singapore and do not wish to make your purchase with a credit card, you may pay for your order by cheque or cash. Please indicate this in your order to us. Payment has to be handed over to our staff upon delivery of the order. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we will advise you on how you can make payment to us prior to delivery.

Out of Stock Items

While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website's accuracy, there are on occasion, instances where certain vintages sell out or simply are no longer available. When that occurs, Wines Online is available to make suggestions for comparable vintage or varietals substitutions. We will email you our recommendations and you can either accept our recommendations or have us replace the items with others you prefer. In cases where you choose not to have substitutions made to your orders, we will simply ship the available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order on your behalf (as applicable).

To ensure that your order is processed in a timely fashion, please review the following information:

Legal Age Requirement. Wine may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 18 years old. By placing your order with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and the person to whom any wine will be delivered is also 18 years old. All wine deliveries require a signature for receipt. Signature must be obtained by individuals over the age of 18 years.

Sales tax. Your order is subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax rate.

Email confirmations

We will send an email order confirmation to the address specified in your account. Email confirmations are considered a service, and are therefore still delivered to customers who have requested not to receive promotional email messages from us.

Shipping
  • Free delivery to all locations within Singapore with orders of 6 bottles and above. Delivery is also free for all gift center purchases.
  • A S$20.00 delivery charge is applicable otherwise.
  • Delivery charges are calculated when you check out.
  • In instances where one or more items in your order is not available for immediate delivery, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or offer to hold your order until all items are available for delivery.
  • Orders are delivered within 3 working days. No deliveries will be made on public holidays and weekends. We will inform you immediately via email or telephone if we expect delays due to reasons such as temporary inventory stock outs.
Self Collection

If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our office, you can do so between 9am and 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. We are located at 71 Bukit Batok Crescent Prestige Centre #08-08 Singapore 658071. We accept only cash or cheque made out to "Wines Online Private Ltd" for self collection. To place your order, simply email your selections to custcare@winesonline.com.sg. We will call you and also send you an acknowledgement email with the earliest date you can collect your purchase. In most instances, your order will be ready for collection within 3 working days.

Tax Free Shopping

Wines Online offers tax free shopping to visitors from overseas. To enjoy an immediate GST Cash Refund on your purchases, you must satisfy the following criteria as set out by Global Refund. You must:
  • Not be a Singapore Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Singapore.
  • Not exercise employment in Singapore at any time during the past six months.
  • Depart Singapore by air through Singapore Changi Airport or Seletar Airport, and are not a member of the cabin or flight crew.
  • Spend less than 365 days in Singapore in the two years before the date of purchase.
  • Make a minimum purchase of SGD 100.00 from Wines Online.
  • Take the purchases out of Singapore within 2 months from the date of purchase.
If you qualify for the refund, please indicate so in the delivery instructions at the checkout page. We can deliver your purchase to your hotel or a Singapore location of your choice. We will issue you a Global Refund Cheque together with the original invoice for you to claim the refund at the airport or any of the Downtown Cash Refund Counters.

Returns Policy

Wines Online guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You can reach our Customer Care Representatives via email: custcare@winesonline.com.sg.

Please note however that as is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
